Due to continued expansion, we're recruiting an�Electrical Team Leader to join our well established client,�working 12-hour days.�
The Role:�

• Required to manage their team to carry out Planned Maintenance in line with the schedule set on the CMMS.�


• Fault find on all equipment and control systems, to identify solutions to problems which arise.�


• Lead a multidisciplinary team of skilled and apprentice craftsmen in all aspects of the workplace.�


• The team is responsible across site to improve performance & reliability.�


• Plan labour & material requirements for plant needs.�


• Planning & delegating activities of Team Members and contractors.�


• Undertake Technician role as required.�


• Carry out PPM inspections.


• Deputise for 1st Line engineering management.


• Write and review risk assessments, method statements and procedures.�


• Ensures business health and safety instructions are followed.�


• Use the Maintenance management system to its full capability.�


• Manage the permitting system for the department.�


• Respond to breakdowns under own initiative.�

Requirements:�

• A recognised electrical engineering apprenticeship (Preferably HNC but minimum ONC level or equivalent).


• Sound plant engineering knowledge and experience of industrial systems.�


• Focused on management of Safety, Health & Environment.�


• High technical ability and be the first point of call for problem solving.


• Have a Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) mindset and able to suggest inspection improvements and failure reduction measures.

Salary:��42,007.71 including shift allowance
This is a Full time,�Permanent position.�
