Day/Night Residential Concierge

At PMR we provide professional, on-site staff to Luxury and High-end Residential developments across London. We are currently recruiting for temporary concierges who can work at these buildings. We are looking for candidates who have front of house/hospitality and customer service experience and are able to work various shift patterns.
Positions: Day OR Night Concierge
Hours: Varied Shift Patterns (8-12 hour shifts)
7am - 7pm/7pm-7am 8am - 8pm/8pm-8am
Location: Central London
You must have excellent customer service skills and dress immaculately.
Duties include:
Welcoming visitors to the building in a courteous and helpful manner.
Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting, or taking messages as required.
Taking delivery of parcels and distributing to residents' lockers.
Responding to resident queries promptly by telephone and email.
Maintaining logbook of current and past contractors and onsite visitors.
Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return.
