Our Client is looking for aElectricalMaintenance engineer to work in a new, large commercial building in, close to Waterloo station. You will be working for one of the most well-known Property Companies known for their training and generous benefits package. On offer is a salary of up to £46,000+Benfits with overtime available and some excellent benefits including bonus, private healthcare etc.
Day to Day Duties
Good Experience on Fan coil units (FCU'S)
Control Panels
Lighting
Emergency lighting tests
Single and Three phrase
AHU maintenance .
Small installation, Fault-finding,
Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel,
Power distribution)
Fire Alarm Test's
Pumps: replacement of pump shaft seals (to fix leaks), replacement of small Pumps.
