The Role
As Engineering Team Member, you will.
Ensure that departmental objectives and targets are achieved.
Be responsible for ensuring high standards of health & safety, within the team to continuously improve safety standards and practice and will identify and develop safety Initiatives within the team. Develop and initiate process improvements within the team.
Ensure resources are effectively utilised, requesting, external resources as appropriate, to achieve plant targets and objectives.
Reporting in to the team leader electrical assess individual performance and development and review appropriate training plans to ensure individual optimum performance is achieved.
