Are you looking for a rewarding challenge? Rendall & Rittner, an acclaimed Residential Leasehold Property Management company, is on the lookout for a Concierge. This is an incredible career opportunity with a fantastic package.
Position: Day Concierge
Location: 190 Strand
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 0700 - 1900
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details:
This role will be based at a flagship development located on the world-famous Strand. The development contains 216 bespoke apartments and penthouses. The development contains a stylish business suite, luxurious pool and spa, 24-hour concierge and is located close to Temple underground station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
Youll hold a driving licence with an excellent road safety record. (Due to the specific nature of this role and the conditions of our vehicle insurance policy, all applicants must be aged 25 years+ and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for a minimum of two years).
