As the Applicant Experience Senior Officer at BIMM University, you will play a crucial role in shaping the journey of our prospective students. You will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and hosting various admissions recruitment events at our local college. Your work will encompass a variety of student recruitment and conversion activities, including open days, workshops, audition/interview days, and other events designed to help applicants make informed decisions about their future studies and careers.
This includes coordinating casual Student Ambassadors to provide student/graduate support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the relevant database.
Produce routine and ad-hoc reports on applicant data for the Applicant Experience Manager, covering event registration, attendance, and subsequent activities aiding strategic decision-making and providing insights into event effectiveness.
Social Media Support: Collaborate with the BIMM University marketing team to capture and share recruitment events on social media channels enhancing our online presence and engaging with prospective students.
Event Planning Experience: Demonstrated experience in planning and coordinating events, with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.
Technological Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, along with experience in data collection, reporting, and content creation for social media platforms.
