We do this through our unique blend of outside-in transformation and inside out transformation underpinned by portfolio of digital services and domain capabilities.We are Insurance and Life Insurance subject matter expert and advice provision and understand the insurance business from an end to end perspective - relevant lines of business, insurance products, processes, data used, systems, applications and infrastructure - all of the relevant technology landscape - including any third party suppliers and providers that the business is dependent on provision of analytical and problem solving; think 'out of the box' for improvements.PURPOSEAs the successful applicant you take accountability of supporting out client as a Data Solutions Architect on all their data requirement from end-to-end solutions.RESPONSIBILITIESDefine end-to-end solutions for Business Data Architecture.Collaborate with existing Solutions Architecture team to develop consistent and compliant Data-Standards, architecture.Work with the internal team to ensure reusable assets are identified and (data products) and develop clear and concise enterprise-data roadmaps.Document work-to-be-done and status updates, execution of stakeholder engagement plan for visibility and feedback cycles.Create designs that are fit for purpose from a functional, non-functional, service, and security point of view.Deliver solutions that progress the overall architecture journey and are aligned to the clients Business and IT strategy.Act as a point of contact for delivery and execution for data related capabilities, ensuring an efficient, reliable and resilient operation of the solution. KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCEPrevious experience for working as a Data Solutions Architect ideally withing the Insurance domain.Clear understanding of London Market Insurance Systems/Network, London Market knowledge, Policy Underwriting and Claims ProcessPrevious experience in working with London Market Carrier/Broker and TOM2Ideally have an understanding of EDF write back, London market messaging, CDR (V3.2), awareness of Blueprint 2 (Future of Lloyds) ambitions and current market plans. Placement tools such as Whitespace and PPLAbility to gain a strong understanding of the client's current data solutions architecture.Ability to understand data requirements, boundaries and considerations for solutions to be successful.Able to review current assets (data products) and provide migration solutions.Ability to define data solution options and trade-off, create the approach and traceability through to decision-making, keeping in mind migration targets, and risk and mitigation challenges.Ability to collaborate with existing teams to develop consistent and compliant Data-Standards, architecture.Ability to produce relevant documentation for use across the internal SA team and the wider business.Ability to enable engineering teams in understanding and implementing data architecture.
