WHO WE ARE?
We are looking for an experienced Data Science Lead with proven track records in eliciting requirements and supporting the development/procurement of cutting-edge services in both waterfall and agile methodologies. You will be responsible for leading delivery teams in the development of technical solutions for National Security customers that have a focus on data services. Due to the nature of our clients, you must have an active eDV Security Clearance to start.
WHAT WILL THE DATA SCIENCE LEAD BE DOING?
Technical leadership of teams with mixed technical abilities including data engineering, machine learning, cloud, DevOps, and software engineering
Lead on engagements with customers
Prepare and contribute to technical proposals and bids
Work effectively with Delivery Management to escalate risks, plan deliveries, and resourcing skills
Support customer account team by contributing to business development strategy
THE DATA SCIENTIST SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN….
Designing and building scalable data platforms
Analytical techniques for extracting insight from a variety of data sources
Visualisation of complex data
Machine learning At least one programming language (e.g. Python, Java, C++)
DevOps techniques for supporting repeatable deployment and testing Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience with Agile (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) leadership roles (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner)
