Joining the Trust also allows you access to a number of saving options via our salary sacrifice schemes and a wide range of discount opportunities with retailers and service providers.Job overviewWorking across Communicable Diseases the post holder will contribute to maintaining data quality throughout.This will be achieved by generating data reports for validation at specified intervals and in line with Trust reporting requirements. From these reports, the post holder will be required to identify any trends/problems and agree with relevant mangers an action plan to validate all required reports within set reporting timescales.The post holder will support the supervisor and other members of the management team by undertaking data validation checks and corrections where necessary, but where appropriate they will empower admin teams to validate their own error reports.The post holder will also take an important role in helping improve knowledge of data and help with the supervisor for training staff across the directorate to ensure that activity is accurately recorded and errors are minimised.Main duties of the jobIdentifying and documenting key data quality errors affecting each of the sub-directorates.Ensuring that any data entry errors are escalated as appropriate.Validating pathways and RTT's for correct clock starts, continuations, stops and restarts.Analyse, manipulate, interpret and validate data.Guide staff of correct data fixes to help improve knowledge and data trust wide.Contributing to the development of local training documentation i.e. induction packs.Working for our organisationYou will be working for an organisation which values and respects all of its staff and the community it serves.
