Our services in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole are recruiting for an experienced Data Officer. If you are looking to join a forward thinking, values-driven charity, we'd love to hear from you.This is a fixed term contract until March 2025.There will be a two stage interview process. This will include a one hour Excel based data task to assess your data skill level, including the use of AVERAGEIF, CONCATENATE, COUNTIFS, IF, SUM, VLOOKUP and Conditional Formatting, Chart and Pivot Table creation.This role requires an analytical mind and an eye for detail, to enable you to produce reports and manipulate data from a variety of sources. The postholder will provide regular updates to local management and will get involved with a variety of projects across the service. As well as this, you will support the administration of the Data Management system and will ensure good working relationships are established and maintained both internally and externally with service providers, commissioners and other interested parties.
