Job Description
Data Manager (Salesforce) – Hybrid – 9 to 12 Months contract - £650 - £750 Inside IR35
A data science and customer experience company that helps brands understand and connect with their customers is looking for a Data Manager to lead a crucial Salesforce implementation program.
You'll be responsible for managing and overseeing an effective data strategy as they transition from Oracle CX to Salesforce, while also integrating Salesforce with their existing legacy systems.
Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce data governance policies, define data standards, and implement processes to ensure clean and accurate master data.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive data migration strategy, map data from source systems to Salesforce, cleanse data for accuracy, oversee data transformation, and test the migration for completeness.
Ensure adherence to data compliance regulations, including GDPR considerations.
Develop communication plans, address data-related issues, and keep everyone informed throughout the project.
Work closely with various teams, manage vendors, and provide training on data management and migration processes.
Develop project plans, maintain timelines, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Identify potential risks related to data and migration and develop mitigation strategies.
Gather feedback, evaluate processes, and continuously optimize data management and migration for efficiency.
Qualifications:
Strong experience in data management and data governance.
Experience with data migration methodologies and tools.
Understanding of data quality principles and techniques.
Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce and Oracle CX.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
The role is hybrid, with 2 days in office in London. Interviews will commence swiftly.
