Job DescriptionData Management Lead (paying up to £90,000)Going into London Office 2 x per week DVF Recruitment are supporting a leading reinsurance firm who are going through instrumental growth and they are in need of a Data Management Lead to join their lucrative Data Governance team! This role is paying up to £90,000 per annum, going into the clients London office 2 x per week.As the Data Management Lead, you'll spearhead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Data Management within our specialty insurance operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll establish and maintain data management arrangements, ensuring data accuracy and integrity to support strategic objectives.Data Management Responsibilities:·Design and implement the strategic Data Management Framework and roadmap.·Provide specialist input for Data Management aligned with best practices and regulations.·Lead oversight and compliance arrangements for Data Management policies and standards.·Establish performance measures and a Data Risk Profile for the Data Governance Framework.Data Definitions and Metadata Responsibilities:·Design and implement consistent data definitions and metadata standards.·Lead stakeholder discussions to agree on data definitions and metadata points.·Establish governance processes for changes to Data Definitions and Metadata Standards.MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:·Proven experience in data governance, strategy, reference and master data management.·Strong preference of Lloyds of London Market Insurance experience ·Extensive experience with MDM technology, such as Informatica both cloud and on-prem.·Strong understanding of data governance principles, practices, and regulations.·Knowledge of data privacy and protection laws and regulations.
