Location - London/Hybrid

Pay rate - £175 - £210 per day inside IR35

My client a major player in Higher Education is currently looking for a Data Management Analyst, in this role you will have an operational focus on hard services areas of the CAFM/IWMS precisely creating and reviewing data while adhering to best practices, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

You will play a pivotal role within the Centre of Excellence, focusing on Management Information across all CE&I systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to authority for Management Information within CE&I systems, providing insights into trends, SLA performance, and actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to plan system needs, advising on data requirements, and facilitating data uploads/entries, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Provide System Support, and troubleshoot operational issues within CAFM/IWMS, collaborating with system suppliers when necessary to resolve technical challenges swiftly.
  • Support the analysis of requests for new systems and requirements within CE&I, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and best practices.
  • Provide line management support to the Data Management Officer, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in data management and analysis
  • Understanding of facilitates management and its operations and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in CAFM/IWMS systems and familiarity with relevant data standards and protocols.
  • Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project /programme management from a support perspective
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to use data management tools such as Excel
