We're looking for a
Data Integration Developer to join our team in London as part of our
Technology function. Your Role: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions that enable the seamless flow of data between various systems and applications. You will be comfortable with product development tasks in .NET and SQL to help support end-to-end systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accurate, timely, and readily available for analytics, reporting, and decision-making purposes. Key ResponsibilitiesData Integration Design : Design and implement data integration solutions, including ETL processes, data pipelines, and data mappings, to facilitate the movement of data between systems and platforms Data Transformation : Transform and cleanse data as needed to ensure data quality and consistency across different data sources and destinations Integration Testing : Perform thorough testing and validation of data integration processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and data integrity SQL Optimization : Help write and optimize in-application SQL statements to ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation within our applications Software Development : Leverage your expertise in .NET to develop and maintain software applications. Monitoring and Maintenance : Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively identify and address data integration issues. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting Documentation : Create and maintain documentation for data integration processes, configurations, and best practices Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver integrated solutions that meet business needs Your Experience Proven experience as a Data Integration Developer or similar role, with a strong track record of designing and implementing data integration solutions
Proficiency in data integration tools and technologies such as SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), ETL tools, data integration platforms, and data warehousing solutions
Strong SQL skills including query optimization, stored procedures and database design
.NET development proficiency or experience is required, to help support data integration projects and end-to-end systems within our organisation
Experience with the most popular database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Working knowledge of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence ensuring that project tasks, updates, and documentation are tracked and maintained efficiently
