Our platform provides customers with the tools and insights they need to understand organic performance and identify growth opportunities.The Data & Insight Executive role sits within our Customer team, who are responsible for building long-lasting relationships with our customers. Working alongside Customer Success Managers and Search Experts, the team has a skillset to help our customers achieve their objectives through robust data and expert recommendations.Role SummaryThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Data & Insight Executive.Primary responsibilities include account architecture, providing valuable insights to customers and integration support (including dashboard builds).Pi’s offices are located in central Brighton (1-2 days per week in the office).Required Skills:Interest or passion for Digital Marketing & SEO.Advanced Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel skills.Strong understanding structuring data and analysing datasets.Data visualisation for presentations and dashboards.Customer facing skills for presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work autonomously on projects towards delivery deadlines.Data related qualification (degree not essential).Desirable Experience:Google Analytics 4Google Search ConsoleGoogle Big Query and SQLCreating data pipelines from APIsPackage:Salary on applicationFlexible and remote working options25 days leave per year (increases 1 day per year of service to a maximum of 30)Application ProcessTypical shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with a Data Expert and Customer Success Manager from the Customer team for a conversational interview. This will be followed by a task based second interview where the candidate will be asked to present insights.
