About our Team: You will be part of a team working with data sets supporting the business and clients. About the Role; You will be responsible for processing large data files. You will do this through our internal products and returning the results to our Customers within set deadlines. They will be required to cleanse data files to ensure they provide the best results and services for our Customers. Responsibilities Processing large data files through internal systems and ensure deadlines are metCleansing large data files to ensure they meet the requirements to yield the best results from our productsCreating projects on our internal systems and ensure information is captured accuratelySending files securely to Customers and ensure invoices are created correctlyEngaging with and support key stakeholders from across the businessEngaging with Customers to ensure expectations are being metLearning and apply new software to improve processesRequirements Be curious and keen to learn and develop new ideas, skills and knowledgeHave experience and knowledge of MS Office products (especially Excel)Demonstrate effective conversational skills, including active listening and questioningDevelop co-operative working relationships within the team and wider businessShow desire to learn new software where it can improve processesShow desire to learn their role to expert level and be a trusted representative of their areaLearn more about the LexisNexis Risk team and how we work here
