The Company
An internationally renowned company, with an outstanding reputation within the Data Centre industry. Joining the company would provide an excellent chance for an individual to head up a team at a brand new data centre on the outskirts of Slough, with more progression opportunity over the next 18 months.
The Position
A unique role as Data Centre Shift Manager, at a brand new data centre. This role will give the right person the opportunity to build their own team and develop to site to its full potential. You will have a background of leading shift teams through Data Centre maintenance tasks. The position requires someone capable of ensuring work is done to a high level to agreed SLA's.
The success of the site will have a huge impact on contract growth opportunities and the right candidate could create an exciting career path for themselves and their team.
Could the role be for you?

• 5 Years experience in Data Centre or critical facilities
• M & E experience and qualifications
• Ideally HV knowledge and experience
• Maintenance background essential
• Good communication and leadership skills
