This is a great chance for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in the Northumberland area looking to join one of the largest Building Service Providers on a high end Data Centre, offering High Voltage Training and a Data Centre Qualification. You will be responsible for PPM and reactive maintenance on the Electrical and Mechanical systems, liaise with subcontractors.
This role will follow a 4 on / 4 off shift system, (2 day shifts followed by 2 night shifts) the successful candidate will be fully qualified, (City and Guilds / NVQ) and experienced in commercial maintenance.

Duties:
PPMs & Reactive maintenance
Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
Organising subcontractors
Quotations
Health & Safety
Logbooks
Risk assessments
Permits to work
Requirements:
City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
18th Edition and Testing and Inspecting qualifications are desirable
Data experience is desirable

Salary and Benefits:
£39,000 - £41,000 per annum
4 on / 4 off shift system (Days and Nights)
