Data Business Analyst

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Business Analyst with expertise in Dynamics 365 to spearhead our data profiling efforts. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a critical role in extracting, analysing, and interpreting data from Dynamics 365 to drive strategic decision-making and enhance business performance in aid of migration to a new ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive data profiling and analysis using Dynamics 365 to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Develop and implement data quality standards and processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
Design and execute data cleansing and enrichment strategies to optimize data integrity and usability.
Create clear and concise documentation of data profiling findings, methodologies, and recommendations.
Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders on data-related issues and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Data Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on Dynamics 365.
In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 data structures, entities, and functionalities.
Proficiency in data profiling techniques and tools, with hands-on experience in data analysis and interpretation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
