We're on the lookout for a skilled Data Architect with extensive experience in the asset management sector.
The pivotal requirement for this role is expertise in Data Modelling, enabling the development of a scalable Data Model aligned with the business objectives. Our client is embarking on establishing a data architecture for a start from scratch an asset management business.
Applicants for this position should excel in Implementing Star Schema, capable of leveraging and extending existing data models. The Data Architect will hold a significant mandate, overseeing the re-architecture of all data and associated data modelling. This role offers autonomy, with involvement in strategic decisions and vendor selection.
Ideally, candidates will be proficient in AWS, with familiarity in Azure or GCP also considered. Experience with Snowflake is highly valued, particularly having conducted a proof of concept with this technology.
This role plays a crucial part in defining the data model and delivering essential data architecture for the investment manager, with the opportunity to influence strategic outcomes in this domain.
