We’re on the hunt for a
Data Analyst / Business Data Analyst,
with technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques, to join a truly exciting sports tech company.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting, international sports tech company.
Our client partners many international elite sports clubs and premiership football clubs, so this role would definitely be suited to someone with a passion for tech and sports, although it is not a prerequisite.
They are offering a salary between £38k-£42k, hybrid working, daily subsidised lunch in the office, 24 days annual leave, plus BH, pension scheme and more!
Key responsibilities as the Data Analyst will include:
Interpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports
Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies
Acquiring data from data sources and maintaining databases / data systems
Identifying, analysing and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
Troubleshooting and problem solving to locate and correct code problems
Working with management to prioritise business and information needs

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience working in a similar Data Analyst / Business Data Analyst role
Technical expertise with data modelling, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Strong knowledge of reporting packages (PowerBI, Business Objects etc) and databases (SQL)
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Solid report writing and presentation capabilities
Confident communication skills
Proactive team player
