Charity for Adult Learning Disabilities
Location: Work from home with travel to the office one day per week in Petersfield, Hampshire
Salary: £37,852.50 per annum
Full Time position - 37.5 hours per week
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Transformation your primary focus will be to source intelligence from the data captured and utilised as part of FitzRoy's day to day operations.
Your role will be pivotal on identifying, scrutinising and bring a sense of reliability to our data. Alongside understanding the needs of business and how the data directs our decision making. Evidencing impact will be at the core of your mission.
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline would be highly desirable
As a Data Analyst, you will
Utilise advanced tools ( eg Power Fx, DAX and SQL) to extract data from data sources.
Support the maintenance, the data integrity of the charities' data landscape to a high level. This will include arranging and undertaking regular data audits and data cleansing ensuring data complies with all legal requirements
Ensure quality of data meets defined standards and data is correct for departmental processing.
Creating reports based on analysis and presenting it to management.
Support the setup of processes and systems to make working with data more efficient.
Supporting the upskilling of staff to be data literate, including taking the lead on AI initiatives.
What will I need?
Power BI Data Analyst Associate qualification or similar experience
Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks
Ability to analyse large datasets
Good time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Sharp attention to detail
Strong analytical mind
Experience with MS Office and data programs especially word and excel
Excellent problem-solving skills
