Data Analyst

Role Overview -
The role involves reporting to the Compliance Manager and providing critical data analytical support for contractual requirements such as Performance KPI Reporting, Compliance, and Asset Management. Coordinating the SNI reporting cycle for contractual KPI's, supporting Establishment Managers and teams, liaising with Supply Chain, monitoring operational performance, providing Compliance Statement and Exception reports, supporting Audit activity, maintaining responsive communication, complying with business policy and procedures, providing training and guidance on CAFM, supporting process development, and leading on CAFM reporting development. Additionally, providing assistance in the implementation and rollout of the Handheld capability and follow-on development activity.
Main Duties -
Knowledge of CAFM systems, FM reporting tools, and data analysis are essential. Strong communication skills are necessary in demanding client environments. Experience with Excel and Power BI is crucial for effective data analysis. Driving strategic growth, delivering high performance, and commitment to personal development are key competencies for success.
