Bupa Place, Salford Quays M50 3SP
Flexible / Hybrid working options (2 days per week in office)
Permanent - Full time 37.5hours
£27,000
-£33,000 depending on experience with fantastic benefits

Working in our UK support functions you'll play a key part in helping our customer facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care. The Data Analyst will support the development and delivery of appropriate MI for Connected Care workstreams including the new BLUA GP service and other pathway initiatives. You will ensure that Bupa Health Clinics has the right MI available to help make informed business decisions and ensure the MI meets the requirements if UK Insurance demands to generate future customer value.
How you'll help us make health happen:
Develop & implement MI that supports Bupa Health Clinics Connected Care strategy.
Work with Clinical and operational teams to develop reliable outcome data and help drive value from that data for Clinics, our customers and UK Insurance.
Present complex information in a simple way that drives business performance.
Produce MI efficiently, accurately, effectively and automated where possible to allow for greater capacity to deliver more data views.
Ensure data output and MI is available and helps inform business decisions for Clinics and UKI HCM and drives operational improvements and efficiencies.
Use the data to analyse areas for improvement and measure performance against a process.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Strong numerical and analytical capability
Proficiency in SQL and experience of drawing from large data sets
Experience with Power BI
Experience of Data Cleansing, Modelling and Visualisation
Significant experience of working with complex systems & processes
Experience of Big Data & how to extract key insights to drive business performance.
High standard of presentation skills including creation and delivery.
