Data Quality Assurance: Validate data, ensuring integrity.

Data Preparation: Create high-performance data sets for reporting and analytics.
Dashboard Development: Craft Tableau dashboards for informed decisions.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of enhancement.
Project Ownership: Lead analytics projects following Agile practices.
Mentorship: Guide junior team members to enhance skills.
Data Advocacy: Foster data literacy for data-driven decisions.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 years as a Data Analyst/Scientist.
Proficient in Python and SQL.
Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
