Data Analyst

Join a brand which has established its name in the market over the last 30 years who are now on the lookout for their next Data Analyst to join their team.
As a retailer, they have gained a reputation as one of the leading suppliers in the UK and are now actively looking to leverage their data to take the business to the next step. Their current Data Analysts are currently working from a legacy Excel and VBA based data set, so you'll get the opportunity to help modernise their data platforms helping to implement reporting and insight processes.
You'll join to initially support this platform, before having a real say in the direction the business will go in terms of tech. Because of this theyre looking for an analyst who has a wide berth of experience, and are able to describe the benefits or negatives of using languages like Python or SQL.
This is a real opportunity to grow out a data function in an established industry, helping the business leverage their data to improve sales and performance.
What you'll need:
Advanced Excel - Macros, Pivot Tables, VLookups etc.
Excel VBA experience
Background working within an ERP system
