Our client is seeking a Data Analyst, where you will work alongside a Company where the emphasis is on providing Children's services and equal opportunities for all in a rewarding and challenging environment which will help you develop and reach your potential.

The Data Analyst - will be responsible for data cleansing and filtering computer reports / printouts and performance indicators including coding errors and duplications. You will also provide solutions for updating and streamlining the processes

This position is hybrid (1 day onsite) offering you greater flexibility in allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home! Ideally based in the Northwest of England or East Midlands.

Requirements:

Knowledge of IT Service Management toolsets

ServiceNow - foundation data tables and their interaction.

Experience at queries / report writing / presenting findings

Understanding of databases / collection / analytics.
