Data Analyst - HR

Role: Data Analyst HRLocation: Central Birmingham (2/3 days per week in office)Rate: £250 per day inside IR35Contract: Temp to perm Investigo are working with a global technology firm and market leaders in their space.Our client is in search for someone to come in for a 4-6month period to assist in data analytics specifically working with HR and people data.This responsibilities will include:Take ownership of analytics capabilities and deliverables, from data collection to insights delivery.Develop automated, always-on dashboards that provide real-time insights.Create visually appealing data visualisations that demonstrate trends, impacts, outcomes and return on investment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in processes and procedures.Embed AI and machine learning capabilities to query and draw meaningful insights from our data.Leverage Python and other data and analytics tools to structure, cleanse, and build data models and visualisations.Translate abstract concepts into actionable business requirements.The key skills we are looking for are:Proficiency in Python and Microsoft ExcelExperience with PowerBI or similarStrong analytical skills, including statistics, analysis and modelling techniques.Proven track record in data analysis in HR.Ability to drive best practices independently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong results-orientation and ability to work effectively and independentlyIdeally experienced in GDPR, data privacy and complianceStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.Project management experience is a plus.
