Our Production Department supplies one of these documents known as a Regulated Local Authority Search (RLAS); these are an essential report used during the conveyancing process that provide a host of information, such as relevant planning applications which relate to a property.Data Administrators (Proactive Data Chasers) are be responsible for investigating why Regulated Local Authority Searches are overdue. Contacting our suppliers to chase outstanding data requests, and liaising with other departments within the business and our clients.Opportunity to work 2 days a week from home after passing probation.The salary for this role is £22,500, rising to £23,500 upon passing probation. ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with Local Authorities to ensure data is returned according to set timescalesProactive approach to problem solving, seek out issues, propose and implement solutions before they become roadblocksInform other departments of delaysProvide updates to clientsAbout youA bright, enthusiastic, self-driven and organised individual who can demonstrate outstandingattention to detail. They must have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
