About the role:
As Data Administrator, you will support the DataManager in maintaining systems data, whilst striving to achieve the highest levels of data integrity and consistency. You will be required to analyse large amounts of data, cleansing as required. The role requires regular communication with the Buyers, Merchandisers, and other Head Office departments.
Based in Avonmouth on a hybrid working basis – 2/3 days per week
Compensation – competitive salary, bonus scheme, pension, 4 x life assurance, healthcare, 25 days leave annually (including Christmas shutdown)
What you’ll be doing:
Creating & amending Purchase Price and Sales Price lists
Item creation, manging item data and data consistency
Daily running of reports – to check & fix data inconsistency
Maintenance of data consistency reporting dashboard
Ensuring items have up to date / relevant pictures, descriptions etc
New ship setups – ranging & mapping (LFL Ships)
Point of contact for the B&M team and other areas of the business (e.g., Ops & IT) for data errors
Commodity codes – working closely with Logistics
About you:
Proven experience of Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups etc)
Analytical and numerical skills
Keen attention to detail
Excellent communication & presenting skills
Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure, on your own initiative and as part of a team
Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the UK
