D365 FSCM and Power Platform Enterprise Architect

Nine Twenty Recruitment is delighted to be in partnership with a fast-growing Microsoft Inner Circle Member (Top 1% of Microsoft Partners worldwide) in the search for a D365 FSCM and Power Platform Enterprise Architect for their Retail & Manufacturing Practice.
The Role:
In this leadership role, you will provide technical vision and strategic direction for our Enterprise Applications practice, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Power Platform. You will be responsible for the overall technical quality of pre-sales and delivery engagements. You will also mentor and lead the practice delivery team, ensuring the quality of technical design. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and client engagement to deliver solutions that drive digital transformation for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership to achieve company objectives through high-quality work and continuous improvement.
Provide technical leadership for all projects within the practice, including strategy and direction for D365 F&SCM and Power Platform implementations.
Ensure adherence to governance processes for quality control and best practices.
Design solutions that meet industry standards, security requirements, and regulations.
Drive design cohesion and quality assurance across projects.
Foster automation standards within client solutions leveraging D365 F&SCM and Power Platform.
Lead and mentor the practice delivery team throughout project lifecycles.
Offer thought leadership to potential clients during the sales cycle.
Partner with the pre-sales team to ensure technical soundness throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing technical innovation solutions with D365 F&SCM and Power Platform to achieve transformational outcomes.
Client-focused thinker with outstanding interpersonal skills for communication at all levels.
Demonstrated experience of implementing a technical strategy or roadmap for clients, achieving buy-in from both external stakeholders and peers.
Excellent people management skills with the ability to mentor a multi-disciplined team.
Possess excellent knowledge of the D365 F&SCM and Power Platform ecosystem.
Demonstrated experience and approach to thought leadership.
Demonstrated experience working with commercial teams during the sales process, particularly for working with leadership to estimate a programme of work.
Demonstrated experience of key stakeholder management, inspiring confidence and building trust.
Practical experience as an Enterprise Architect.
Industry knowledge in one or more of the following: Financial Services, Retail & Manufacturing, Public Sector, or Professional Services.
