Job DescriptionBusiness Analyst (BC Knowledge essential)Salary up to 75k3 days in office - SloughPosition Overview: The Business Central Business Analyst will play a crucial role in driving the implementation, optimization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within the organization. This individual will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and configure the system to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Business Central functionality, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet business needs.Conduct system testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).Provide end-user training and support during implementation and post-implementation phases.Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.Work closely with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central updates and best practices.
