Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative 24,000 / 12.73phNottingham (hybrid)Hours: 36.25 M-F 8 am - 4 pmHarper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a leading apparel company who are looking for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative to support their wholesale and retail customers.This is a temporary contract for 6 months with the potential of a permanent contract for the right person.What will the role involve?Responding to customer queries regarding orders via email and telephoneProcessing orders & entering details into in-house systemsSupporting with delivery queriesManaging returns and refundsLiaising with and coordinating couriersAuthorising credit notes strictly following company guidelinesProducing correspondence and confirmation via emailDemonstrating and developing knowledge of product linesOther administrative or customer service tasks to support the wider teamsWho are we looking for?Fully fluent in Czech and EnglishAble to take on product knowledgePrevious customer service experienceExperience using Microsoft ExcelWhat's in it for you?Supportive and diverse company cultureHybrid working - 2 days in the Nottingham officeCasual dress codeDevelopment opportunity in a global companyApply NOW to avoid disappointment!
