£34,000.00 - £37,098.60 per annum plus Benefits

The Role
Our client is looking to recruit an exceptional Manager who is looking to develop their compliance career within the social housing sector. You will be responsible for leading a team to provide a high-quality cyclical maintenance service, ensuring it provides value for money, meets legislative requirements and the needs of the organisation.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
To ensure that the cyclical maintenance contracts are retendered offering best practice and good value for money.
To manage contractors to ensure that appropriate performance levels are established, communicated, monitored and maintained, setting up and recording regular contract meetings as required.
To provide an asbestos compliance service to the organisation, ensuring that we are adhering to legislation / HSE guidelines and adhering to the asbestos management plan.
About You
You will be passionate about data and will understand the importance of data integrity in delivering a high-quality compliance service.
You will be confident communicator who is able to deliver effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
You will have experience pf managing a cyclical maintenance to residential properties.
