Cybersecurity Knowledge Paralegal
A rare opportunity has arisen to join a top international firm’s extremely well-respected Privacy and Cybersecurity team as a Paralegal on a permanent basis in London.
The team are a very friendly, collegiate bunch with a good work/life balance and a hybrid working policy of 3:2. The head of the department is recognised globally as a thought leader in this space; they play a significant role in formulating data protection laws and is frequently called upon to advise on regulatory investigations.
The role:
In this role, the successful Cybersecurity Knowledge Paralegal will be at the forefront of legal developments, assisting the team in monitoring legislative, regulatory, and judicial changes worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:
In-depth legal research.
Drafting client alerts, blog posts, and legal documentation.
Ensuring compliance with evolving regulations like GDPR and EU digital frameworks.
You'll also collaborate with colleagues globally, providing essential support for knowledge-sharing initiatives and client relationships.
About you:
Education to LLB/PGDL level (or equivalent).
Previous data privacy, GDPR or cybersecurity legal experience.
Interest in joining a well-respected team in this space.
The ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
