security, threat intelligence, and incident response.Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Strong communication and presentation skills.Previous experience in building and leading security teams in fast-paced startups or scale-ups.Demonstrated ability to motivate and retain top talent in a competitive market.Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.A proactive approach to employee engagement and retention.Who we areWe work in partnerships with governments and financial institutions in the UK and internationally.
