Notably, our innovative solutions are deployed across all 15 of the prestigious "Best Hospitals for Cancer," as recognized by US News & World ReportCompany video: around 300 employees globally, and offices in the UK, Poland & US, we operate autonomously as part of the Danish companyDemant A/S,one of the largest healthcare companies in the world.About the role**Overall –to support customers and sales as well as other customer-facing colleagues with any cyber-security and patient data privacy questions and tasks**The role will require expertise in Vision RT’s company policies, procedures and products. Considerable training will be provided over an extended period. Initially, the role will be within the Compliance Team to acquire expertise over 6 to 9 months, and then subsequently with the global service team.Key Responsibilities will include:To respond to customer queries on cybersecurity. This may involve tender questionnaires, contract reviews, surveys, checklists, and other documents.To participate in calls with customer’s cybersecurity experts and representatives to address cybersecurity concerns.To respond to customer queries and reports concerning specific cybersecurity issues, such as known vulnerabilities, Support the review of Business Associate Agreements and other contractual documents with customers (in liaison with legal and sales departments).To ensure all such activities remain in compliance with applicable regulations and guidance including FDA, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO27001 and ISO 81001-5-1.To assist in post-market cyber-security surveillance activities (monitoring of cyber threats, new weaknesses and identification/escalation of remedies).To work with applicable departments to create, maintain and improve and develop new cybersecurity policies and procedures as required.To support internal training on cybersecurity-related topics as required.Perform other duties as assigned and to escalate cybersecurity risks, issues, and incident to management.Essential Skills & ExperienceAt least 2-3 years of practical experience in an Information Security or Cyber Security positionGood communication skills internally & externally Good attention to detailExperience with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, etcAbility to work autonomously but also as part of a team. Good English language both written and verbal.Desirable skills & experienceGood customer support background, as the role may involve meetings with many of the customer's cybersecurity representatives.Medical devices, or other strongly regulated industries like Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, etc Cybersecurity of products, including hardware and softwareQuality / regulatory experience with information security standards.IT Network configuration and security (ideally Juniper firewalls)University educated with an appropriate technical, scientific, or engineering degree.Industry-recognised cybersecurity qualification (or working towards one) , for example (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISK , CompTIA Security+, CEH, GSEC, SSCP, CASP+ GCIH, OSCP)Additional languages, ideally French, German or Spanish + any European languagesVision RT is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and development without regard to race, colour, religion, sexual orientation, gender, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
