Our Tier 1 banking requires a security consultant to deliver the cyber security certification of a new core banking platform. This role entails working with multiple teams across the organisation and ensuring the platform meets the client’s relevant security standards. This contractor will likely come form a technical DevSecOps back ground as there is a large element of technical understating with Kubernetes and GCP.
This candidate will be responsible for building an engagement plan and ensure that the platform passes the various cyber security control functions.
They will manage the third-party penetration testing and ensure that all security activities are managed for the modern core platform.
They will ensure that all required security control documentation is produced and validated before submission to the relevant approval boards.
The consultant will track any deviations from the client’s norms and ensure they have been tracked, agreed with Cyber Security and the risk accepted by the relevant systems owner.
