Cyber Awareness Manager - Information Security, Security Learning

I am currently recruiting for a London-based Insurance firm who require a Cyber Awareness Manager with expertise in changing user awareness and championing Cyber adoption to improve Security processes and overall Security culture within the Business.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Cyber Awareness Manager in a commercial environment, with a focus on Information Security
A strong Portfolio of previous work in delivering large Security Awareness Programmes
Understanding of technologies and processes for Awareness training
Proven ability to champion best practice around Cyber Awareness and Information Security
Passion for changing Cyber and Security culture within organisations
Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management skills
Experience of providing project and programme updates and plans to senior leadership teams
Working knowledge of delivering Cyber Awareness training sessions
Experience of working closely with creating and sending out companywide communications
Hands-on, proactive approach to work
Ability to travel on-site (London) 2 days per week
Nice to have:
Exposure to security learning management systems e.g., KnowBe4
