Role summary:
The Customer Training Manager is expected to work with the entire LES group to ensure that all training requirements are captured and considered for the Training departments roadmap. Training KPI’s must be measured and shared with the Leadership Team and must be inline with the organisations goals and objectives. Monthly reports must be produced to provide the Leadership team with clear sight of the teams progress and upcoming activities. The Training Manager must budget for the appropriate Capex spend to include the requirements for training room upgrades and new kit installs that are on the PMD roadmap.
Skills/Responsibilities:
Identifying suitable training requirements within the business that enable the organisation to achieve its growth targets and ambitions.
Receiving consistently high feedback from customers and internal groups on the quality and delivery of all training programmes.
Being recognised both internally and externally for our high calibre training.
All processes and procedures for training material and training centres are fully up to date and constantly reviewed.
Forming strong relationships with internal teams such as Sales and our support teams such as Facilities and Legal departments.
Ensuring that the training department are easy to do business with and offer suitable levels of support across the business.
Creating a strategic plan which aligns and supports business growth and in line with Ai25 Strategies.
Meeting required deadlines agreed with the business for new training content and bespoke training programmes that have been committed to.Meetin
