For our Sales & Marketing Department, we are recruiting our Customer Technical Support Manager (CST Manager) to provide technical support for our customers, local sales team and the other internal stakeholders (Plants).
Reporting to the Head of CTS, the CST Manager based in the UK will be responsible for:
Maintain the relationship with customers with high level of communication
Tackle technical issue in partnership with Machines manufacturers and internally with R&D, Quality and sales team,
Maintain a high knowledge on our customers manufacturing process and machines,
Find solutions to adapt our products to our customers technical constraints,
Implement if necessary and follow up their production changes,
Provide support to our local sales team and R&D department ,
Take part of the plant quality improvement,
Take an active part of new products launching,
Profile
A technical qualification,
A high mechanics background ideally in bottling industry,
Plastic injection background preferred,
A customer oriented attitude,
English native, another European language is a plus,
Ability to travel in the UK and in Europe (High flexibility)
Ability to work in an international environment.
