We are recruiting Customer Support & Sales Advisor to deliver the highest standard of customer excellence and sales support to our NHS clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, achieving targets and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Duties & Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers, and answering customer enquiries across a variety of platforms; such as inbound calls, email, web chat etc. Effectively handlingcustomer complaints and escalations.
Process all customer orders, adhering to policies surrounding the prescription of medicine and GDPR regulations
Proactively maximise opportunities to sell by upselling, cross-selling or growing account spending by increasing sales at every opportunity.
Providing support and working closely with the Company’s Field base Sales Representatives and satellite Sales teams across the DD family.
Work towards the departmental KPIs surrounding productivity, response times and compliance with quality standards set.
Support back office administrative tasks where necessary and continue to develop product and systems knowledge.
