Job Description:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance to suppliers, internal colleagues, and customers, ensuring that queries are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will serve as a front-line colleague, offering support on process-driven inquiries and guiding users to relevant information. This position requires a proactive approach to encouraging self-service and supporting colleagues and suppliers through new system functionality. Additionally, you will manage your workload effectively, maintaining high standards of communication and identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to suppliers and internal colleagues, resolving queries and addressing concerns promptly.
Serve as a front-line colleague, offering support to retail, ALS, suppliers, and HO users on process-driven queries.
Encourage self-service among contacts and support colleagues and suppliers through new system functionality.
Manage workload and workflows to ensure timely responses and updates to internal and external customers.
Promote and maintain high standards of communication in line with Omnichannel Customer Support and brand guidelines.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and drive positive business change.
Navigate multiple systems to support in the resolution of queries effectively.
Requirements:
Experience in finance or supply chain is beneficial.
Background in finance education is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively.
Proactive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
