They are unique in that it is still a family owned and run business and it carries that feeling throughout its worldwide locations.As a Customer Support & Order Processing Specialist you will be allocated a specific territory and will be responsible for the day-to-day support required of customers within that region. In this role you will be responsible for developing and retaining a good understanding of their customers, building working relationships to facilitate best in class customer service.
