Trust Payments have an exciting opportunity foraCustomer Support Officer (Shift based) to join their team.Location: Bromley, London (Hybrid/ Shift-based)Salary: Competitive + BenefitsCustomer SupportOfficer (Shift based)- The Role:TheCustomer SupportOfficer (Shift based)will be part of the Service Desk team and willprovide first line support to our customers, always practicingexcellent customer service, via phone and in writing.Customer Support Officer (Shift based) - KeyResponsibilities:- Responding to support cases in the Zendesktool and phone calls as required- Assisting Trust Payment'scustomers during the integration of their website to our paymentfunctionality- Manage customers' accounts- Record detailsof inquiries, comments and details of action taken via the Zendesktool- Updating Jira with bug reports and feature requests-Dealing with customer escalations- Tracking Jira ticketsescalated to development and updating them where necessary-Liaising with Acquirers when the Development team require informationor when new products or requirements are launchedCustomerSupport Officer (Shift based)- You:- 1+ years in a similarcustomer service orientated support role- Strong customerorientation- Experience of working in an ITIL environment-Experience of using Zendesk or similar ITSM tool- Excellenttyping skills and IT Skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Wordand PowerPoint), Salesforce, DMS, Data handling and Record keeping- Problem analysis and resolution- Able to articulatetechnical explanations in a non-technical way- Strongcommunicator able to communicate confidently with all level ofcolleagues within the business- ITIL Foundation qualified-Understanding of Payment system capabilities and features- Opportunity to be part of a rapidly scaling and marketleading Fintech business- Health andWellbeing ethos including regular wellness sessions, fitness andnutrition and other events as well as supported by internallyqualified mental health first aiders- Family friendly enhancedbenefits/policies- Social events and team building- Celebrations*Subject to local office benefits policy*ApplicationProcess:We acknowledge the value that a diverse andinclusive working environment brings to Trust Payments.
