Offering excellent training, career progression, and prospects, this is a unique opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding machine learning software house. On a daily basis, you will be working as the first response to customer issues, triaging problems, and liaising with the technical teams through to resolution.Location: Central London- 3 days in office / 2 days remoteSalary: £28,000 - £32,000 + healthcare, pension etc.Requirements for Customer Support Engineer:A minimum of a 2.1 bachelors from an internationally renowned University in a STEM related disciplineAt least ABB at A-Level or equivalent UCAS points (please ensure A-Level grades are included on your CV).Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash beneficialYou really care about the customer experience and have experience to prove this (can be from summer job, internship etc).A motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitudeStrong aptitude for picking up technologiesAbility to work with autonomy and as part of a teamGreat communication skills with fluent spoken and written EnglishResponsibilities for Customer Support EngineerYou will initially be fully trained on the machine learning platform to understand the intricacies of the productYou will then act as the main point of contact and liaise with customers and internal teams (predominantly the tech team)Manage customer issues from initial report through to resolutionBasic troubleshooting, and escalation of issues to the tech teamGive an excellent customer experience throughout the resolution processWhat this offersWorking for an industry-leading software company who has a fantastic track record of successfully hiring and training graduatesAn exciting opportunity to forge a career in Technical Support Engineering for a fantastic fast-growing companyA good remuneration and benefits packageApplicationsIf you have top academics and would like to apply, we would love to hear from you.
