Location: North Cambridge (CB25)Duration: Permanent Hours: 8am until 4:30pm (Monday to Friday) Salary: £38,000 to £48,000Job Reference: 35157Polytec are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join the technical support team of our client based just north of Cambridge.
Traveling may be required for this role so you will need to have a full UK driving licence with own transport.
Responsibilities:* Receive customer calls and emails, ensuring they are logged appropriately* Provide high quality technical support across the whole range of company products* Write customer-facing documentation (application notes, FAQs)* Provide product training both on and off site* Maintenance of internal equipment, systems, and processesRequirements:* Degree level education in an engineering or communications subject* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Experience in a customer support desk role in a commercial/B2B environment through working within a high-tech product development organisation* Experience working with digital radio communication networks and associated technologies* Eligibility for UK SC* Highly proficient in MS Office* Full UK driving licence with own transportPlease contact us as soon as possible for more details or apply below
