Customer Support Centre Operative
Location – Motherwell, ML1 1RU
Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Apleona is a UK provider of integrated facilities management. We’re currently looking to a recruit a Customer Support Centre Operative; you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and clients.
As part of this role, you will work within a support team environment and conduct a number of tasks to ensure the service delivery to the business is smooth and efficient. You will answer telephone calls handling from both internal / external customers, contractors, suppliers and other Apleona sections as well as recording work requests and updates on the company/client systems. In addition, you will raise purchase orders to contractors and various administration tasks as and when required. As an Apleona
Customer Support Centre Operative , we’re looking for: Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience and ability to demonstrate excellent customer service including call taking.
Ability to use computers to a good level for word, excel and outlook. In return, we’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job and be part of our awesome team.
