Our established and forward thinking client based in Bridgnorth is looking for a temporary full time customer support agent.
The aim of this role is to promote business growth by expanding the companys clientele. The role requires the highest level of customer service via phone and email ensuring the speedy reply to customer and colleagues. This role requires accuracy and attention to detail when updating the paperwork, Excel, and the database.
You will be placing phone calls to potential clients from a selected database, whilst using scripts to provide information about the company products features, services. and present their benefits. In addition, asking pertinent questions to understand the customers requirements, making note of any customer questions and pass onto the relevant person with HTL.
As part of the varied role, which changed everyday, you will generate between eight and ten sales appointments per week, setting the appointments with prospective customers based on our associates calendar.
