Insight Employment are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to work for a client of ours in Bletchley.This is a great opportunity to join a fun and friendly team for a family run business with over 14 years industry experience.The Role: -As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be primarily interacting with customers and providing information in response to product or service enquiries. You will be communicating with customers in a variety of ways, such as by telephone, by e-mail, or face-to-face.Primary Duties and Responsibilities: -
* Provide telephone and email-based support to customers.
* Provide industry-leading levels of support to all customers at all times.
* Assist with tracking and finding parcels.
* Make telephone calls to customers.
* Provide feedback to the relevant teams to enhance products and services for clients.
* Create FAQ's and customer help documentation (in support of the website).
* Provide support for an affiliate programme.
* Handle claims and problem solve any issues.
* Deal with any queries with customer orders.
* Manage product returns.
* Process product repair.
* Respond to customer feedback.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, Environmental and Data Protection policies.Skills Required: -
* Ability to multi-task.
* To be organized, detail-minded and have a sense of urgency.
* Have strong organizational, administrative and analytical skills.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Ability to handle customer complaints in a smooth and professional manner.Shift/Hours: -Monday - Friday 09:00-18:00 & two Saturdays per month - 08:00-13:00Rates: -Between £11.50-£13.00 per hour depending on experienceThis is a Temp to Perm position for a suitable candidate.If this sounds like your next career move, please submit your up-to-date CV.Unfortunately, due to the high number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application.
